August Round Up – Our Favorite Income Reports From Around the Web

August Round Up – Our Favorite Income Reports From Around the Web

Today we take a look around the internet of our favorite income reports from around the web. These articles bring together seven to ten bloggers to see what they did in the past month. Some of these people will be fresh for this month while others will be regulars.

The point of this article is for all of us to learn what other bloggers are doing to bring in income each month. Hopefully, you will find something new to increase your own income next month.

Here we go with this month’s featured bloggers!

Andrew Kraemer – Wallet Squirrel – $172.69 (August 2017)

Normally, I mention Andrew’s income report in the above paragraph but I forgot to in the July Income Report Roundup. To put it shortly, he was devastated that I forgot about his income report. I am now trying to make up for it this month by putting his income report in its own section with a big fancy glittery elephant GIF to draw attention (upon his request). Somehow I was able to find the glittery elephant, not sure how that happened, but I did it just for you Andrew! That’s what best friends are for.

This was a big month for Andrew as he had his best month ever without a big one-time payment from a guest post. Congrats bud on your ever increasing success! Andrew has a really diverse income stream that has helped make August the best month ever.

Keep up the great work buddy!

Pat Flynn – $321,642.86 (July 2017)

Pat posts his income reports a little later than I post this round up so we are going to look at his July numbers.

Like Andrew, Pat had one of his best months ever (from what I have seen). Again, like Andrew, Pat is very diversified with his income streams (He just makes a tad bit more from those income streams 😛 ). He gains his income from affiliate marketing, sponsorships, niche websites, software, apps, podcasting, and courses.

July was so successful because he made an amazing amount of money from his new course, Power-Up Podcasting. This course brought in $243,332.00 in one month! That is just crazy money from one income stream for one month!

Michelle Schroeder – $110,897.33 (July 2017)

Michelle’s is another income report from July.

As always she had another successful month of $110,887.33. I’ve noticed, she also notes this in her report, that the past month’s income growth has remained pretty flat. This is because she has not released any new products like Pat Flynn. She has just been letting the blog bring in the income with little work on it.

This is why Michelle is an inspiration for me. She has worked so hard to get her blog where it is now. Now she is reaping the benefits from all of that hard work.

Andrew, I, and you will get there. We just need to keep pushing forward like Michelle did.

Bobby Hoyt – Millennial Money Man – $15,031.85 (July 2017)

Bobby might not be new to you or me but his income report is new to the roundup series.

He made an impressive $15,031.85 in the month of July. This amount is impressive because he only makes his income from affiliate marketing, advertisement, and digital marketing clients.

I wanted to feature Bobby because he makes a good amount ($3,489.90) off of what we already do for our own blogs, digital marketing. He is helping other sites boost their ratings and gain more exposure. This might be something for Andrew and I to explore in the near future.

Lanny and Bert – Dividend Diplomats – $278.51 (Bert’s August 2017)

I always say this, but I like to follow Lanny and Bert’s adventure for two reasons. One, they are two best friends seeking financial freedom just like Andrew and I. Second, you can get two different perspectives on dividend investing from one place!

In July Bert brought in $133.27 but was able to destroy those numbers for August. He brought in $278.51 from the dividends of 10 different companies. Bert was able to purchase more stake in Cardinal Health which should help him increase his annual dividend income.

Curious as to what the heck dividend income is? Andrew explains it really well in his What are Dividends and Dividend Investing article. Check it out to learn more!

Investment Hunting – $2,222.55 (Cryptocurrency)

I really enjoy following Investment Hunting because he is always experimenting with new investment avenues such as Lending Club. Check out Andrew’s review about the service, Lending Club Review, My Experience Investing With Them.

This month he wrote about starting to invest into cryptocurrency. This is a hot topic right now as Bit Coin keeps gaining a ridiculous amount of value.

Investment Hunting has done a lot of research selection what currencies he should buy. Now 2 months into this venture, he has made a total of $2,222.55. This includes all of the stakes he has sold already.

This is a really interesting opportunity to invest in something that is starting to take off. I highly recommend checking out all of the articles that Investment Hunting has written already. This is something I believe I will be researching and getting into soon.

I better do it soon before I miss the boat on NEO.

Keith Park – DivHut – $658.22 (August 2017)

As always, Keith had another solid month of dividend income. He gained $658.22 for the month of August. Keith received his first dividend from Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) this past month as well! Congrats man!

Keith has a very nice and clean strategy to gaining extra income from dividends. Andrew has also written up what his strategy is in his My Dividend Investing Strategy.

Outcomes

I really like the way Investment Hunting thinks outside of the box. He does not just stick to dividend investments. He is always finding new ways to make smarter investments. We all can take a page out of his playbook to find new ways to earn more money!

July Round Up – Our Favorite Income Reports From Around the Web

Today we take a look around the internet of our favorite income reports from around the web. These articles bring together seven to ten bloggers to see what they did in the past month. Some of these people will be fresh for this month while others will be regulars.

The point of this article is for all of us to learn what other bloggers are doing to bring in income each month. Hopefully, you will find something new to increase your own income next month.

Here we go with this month’s featured bloggers!

Sarah Titus – $75,226.10 (July 2017)

Sarah is a new comer to the round up post this month. I stumbled upon her blog while searching for some new income reports and was immediately blown away by how quickly she has grown her blog. This is only her third year and she is already making over $75k a year! That is amazing progress!

In July she has made $75,226.10. Most of her income comes from her own store on the blog. I thought this was really unique as we have not talked much about bloggers managing their own store with their own products. Her biggest seller is the Honest Blogger Bundle. This bundle is the starters kit to getting your blog up and running.

Matthew Woodward – $22,409.01 (July 2017)

Another newcomer to this post is Matthew Woodward from the UK. He made over $22k off of affiliate income and a mysterious project. What really caught my eye was the great detail that Matthew goes into for his income reports. He goes into traffic, its sources, social media share numbers, and so on. It really gives you perspective on where you need to go.

Nadya – Living Off Cloud – $1,661.87 (July 2017)

Nadya is fun to follow because she specializes in niche websites. She will purchase existing niche websites then work at increasing the existing revenue for them.

This month she brought in $1,661.87 compared to 1,672.04 when we checked in a couple months ago. Most of her income is coming from affiliate and AdSense income.

Looking for some niche website ideas? Andrew has written a great article that looks at examples of Amazon Affiliate websites.

Lanny and Bert – Dividend Diplomats – $133.27 (Bert’s July 2017)

I like to follow Lanny and Bert’s adventure for two reasons. One, they are two best friends seeking financial freedom just like Andrew and I. Second, you can get two different perspectives on dividend investing from one place!

Last month I focused on Lanny’s dividend income report so we will take a look at Bert’s this month. Bert had a little lower month compared to the last time we checked in with him bringing in $133.27 compared to $275.54 in May. Overall, he is showing continued growth compared to 2016 at 14.16%! That is an awesome return. Keep up the good work Bert!

Curious as to what the heck dividend income is? Andrew explains it really well in his What are Dividends and Dividend Investing article. Check it out to learn more!

Investment Hunting – $221.76 (July 2017)

A couple months ago we looked at Investment Hunting’s (IH) adventure with Lending Club. Curious? Check it out! Well, this month I wanted to check back into this creative passive income source. To date, IH has invested $5,000 in the peer-to-peer lending program. He has received a total of $1,041.99 (including interest) in payments back. In the month of July, he received $171.67 in returned principal as well as $51.99 in interest for a total of $221.76 in total payments.

I know you are interested in gaining returns like this yourself. Before jumping into Lending Club, check out Andrew’s review about the service, Lending Club Review, My Experience Investing With Them.

Keith Park – DivHut – $815.38 (June 2017)

Our last income report is a dividend report from Keith Park of DivHut. Keith had a modest month, totaling $253.27 for the month of July compared to $815.38 in the month of June. But, Keith explains that the end of quarter months tend to be much higher compared to the first month in the quarter. As he says, “As long as we can report progress each month and out annual goals are intact, who cares.” I completely agree with this long term outlook!

Keith has a very nice and clean strategy to gaining extra income from dividends. Andrew has also written up what his strategy is in his My Dividend Investing Strategy.

Outcomes

This month, we can take a page from Keith’s book by keeping our long-term goals in focus. Even if we have a lower month of gains, we need to remember that it is only one month. Within the perspective over the entire year that one month will average out. It is nothing to worry about unless goals are completely thrown off. Then it would be time to analyze and adjust your plan of action to get back on track.

June Round Up – Our Favorite Income Reports From Around the Web

July 17, 2017/9 Comments/in Earn Extra Money, Income Roundup /by Adam

June Round Up

Today we take a look around the internet of our favorite income reports from around the web. These round up articles bring together six to ten bloggers to see what they did in the past month. Some of these people will be fresh for this month while others will be regulars for the article.

The point of this article is for all of us to learn what other bloggers do to bring in income each month. Hopefully, you will find something new to increase your own income for the upcoming months.

Here we go with this month’s featured bloggers!

Pat Flynn – Smart Passive Income – $184,094.64 (June 2017)

Pat is always an inspiration for me. Last month when we took a look at his April income report, he took a large dip in income brought in but he always seems to bounce back very strongly. Sure enough, that is exactly what he did by bringing in $184,094.64 in the month of June. I believe this bounce back is because he has diversified his income sources very well. He is making money off of affiliate marketing, book sales, course sales, niche sites, podcasting, software, and applications. He truly has built the passive income empire that Andrew and I strive to accomplish one day!

Michelle Schroeder – Making Sense of Cents – $121,861.28 (June 2017)

Michelle is another inspiring person to Andrew and me. She has been able to create her passive income empire very quickly. Though she is not as diverse as Pat with the ways she makes her money, I think she is more efficient at making money than he is. She does mention in this income report she is starting to focus on diversifying her income sources. I think this is a very smart move and it will be fun to see what she does.

Compared to last month she had modest gains but she did it while sailing on a boat for half of the month. Boy, I would love to make $121,861.28 while sailing on a boat! Who wouldn’t though?!?!

Amanda Abella – $10,541 (June 2016)

So I know this income report is over a year old but remember that is not the point of these income report round up articles. I wanted to feature Amanda this month because I love how she makes her extra income online. When this income report was posted, Amanda states that she did not have a huge following but still was able to bring in a five figure income for that month.

Amanda was able to bring in this large sum of income by finding side hustles that really worked for her such as coaching and content creation. Even though this income report was from a year ago she has continued to increase her income with these side hustles over the past year.

For me, personally, Amanda is a great example that shows you do not need that massive following to make good money on the internet. Keep up the good work Amanda!

Amanda Abella

Lanny and Bert – Dividend Diplomats – $1,498.60 (Lanny’s June 2017)

Last month I focused on Bert’s dividend income report so we will take a look at Lanny’s this month. Lanny had his best month ever! Congrats on the continued success Lanny! In June he brought in an extra $1,498.60 from just dividend income. That sure sounds like an awesome source of income to have each month!

Curious as to what the heck dividend income is? Andrew explains it really well in his What are Dividends and Dividend Investing article. Check it out to learn more!

Investment Hunting – $1,356.20 (June 2017)

This is another great performance on the dividend income front! Investment Hunting was able to bring in an average of $32.58 every day for the month of June. In my book, that is pretty freaking awesome! I am starting to see why Andrew is so focused on dividend stocks.

I enjoy following Investment Hunting because he is fairly diversified in his income sources. Not only does he make money from dividend stock but also options and Lending Club. If you are curious about his Lending Club income see last month’s roundup.

Keith Park – DivHut – $815.38 (June 2017)

Our last income report this month is a dividend report from Keith Park of DivHut. Last month Keith made just over $500 in dividends but crushed it in June where he made just over $800! That is nearly a $300 increase in the month of June! Wow!

Keith has a very nice and clean strategy to gaining extra income from dividends. Andrew has also written up what his strategy is in his My Dividend Investing Strategy.

Outcomes

Overall, these passive income experts continue to find success through their varied sources of income. Some people are more diverse than others with their sources of extra income than others. I personally believe that everyone should become as diverse as possible like Pat Flynn but it takes time. As we strive to become more diverse we need to focus on one source, become experts in it, and then add on another source on top of that. Do not try to add too much onto your own plate at once as this can increase the chances of failure.

Ready to add on another source of income to your plate? Maybe it is the first source for you? Check out our newly redesigned (thanks, Andrew!) Ways to Earn More Money page. Here Andrew and I personally review as many different ways to earn extra money as we can to help you decide if it is right for you.
